Good luck on finding Rob's house. Don't know where it is but he complained about it having been posted online (address, that is) in the recent JP Rockline interview. I have also seen him do an interview from a house in AZ. Not sure it was the same house where he currently resides but there was a shot or two looking out onto the city from his pool area. Someone who knew the area well might be able to put 2 + 2 together.
Personally, I'd respect his privacy but wouldn't it be cool to bump into him in at one of those places us "commoners" frequent? "Why Mr. Halford, I had no idea that you shopped at Walmart too! Did you hear about the sale at J.C. Penny's?" HAAAAAAA!!!!!!
