Hi SS, have you got a photo of Frito? If you do then you should make up a flyer/poster with his photo on and post it all around your neighbourhood. You never know if someone thought he was lost they could've taken him to a shelter or maybe even kept him with them at their house. I hope that you do find him. I always thought running away was far worse than a death because if your pet dies, you at least have some closure. Try to accept the new kitty as just that, a new kitty with his daddy's legacy but no expectations other than being a good companion for you. Enjoy the new pup when it arrives, my new one has caused havoc and I'm loving every minute of it! lol... He's doing well at puppy school and has mastered sitting down for a treat... still not perfect on potty training though but we're getting there. I seriously suggest puppy school. It's made life easier for me and I'm understanding my puppy really well. At the end of the course they do a show/ ceremony and get a 'graduation' certificate at the ceremony.. Can't wait to show off my little doggy lol. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by soul stealer from Tuesday, September 23, 2008 1:17:53 PM)

my cat frito ran away about a month ago. i was more attached to him than any other pet i've had.he was a cat that acted like a dog. he came to me when i called him, hassled when he was hot, drank out the toilet, slept by me at night. he got my mom's female pregnant so i am going to keep one of his offspring. but im afraid im going to be disappointed. it won't have his dog-like personality. and i have good news too. we are getting a boston terrier pup.
