For now you can only post in the topics that are in the "Introductions {New Members Post Here}" category. You earn "Respect Points" when you post, make friends, and stay out of trouble for a month. After a month or so you will be able to post anywhere. You can add friends by clicking on the name of the person you want to add, then click on "Add User as a Friend".
