The Monarchy is the Head of State. The PM is the Head of Government. The House of Lords, which acts and works with the Monarchy, is an advisory council.....and has superior power over the Head. We have a multi-party system that has two major parties. The Conservatives and the Labour Party. But at the end of the day.....it's still Lizzy that calls all the shots!
