Way to go ! Come to think of it, I cooked a cajun dish once....my eyes were already crying while I was cooking ! And although I do like hot food....I couldn't it !!!! Wayyyyyyyy to hot. And I did follow the recipe to letter for once.
im into anything with flavour - indian/chinese/thai/cajun/creole/mexican...has to shake my taste buds

I like italian food although there is far to much pasta stuff for me. I love pasta, but heck, there's more than that to eat. The smell of that cooking however is absolutely FABULOUS. I like to eat first with my nose, then with my eyes, and then with my taste buds
