Are you talking about the screaming part near the end of the song? You can have MM play the notes to the screaming DEMONIZAAAAAAAHHH!!!!! part, and you can say "Out...out...out, demons out!" Sounds weird, but it might work. Just make the guitar extra loud in that screaming part.
