I do the steam boel, but I cant get rid ofthem unless I take antibiotics... Which then give me a upset stomache for a week..
I hope you feel better.... Vics does help I usally put it all over my face...LOL I know that sounds wierd.. But It gets them runing.. which helps relieve the pressure...
