Ideology and real life practice are very far apart and we both know it.  You also seem to use the terms Communism and Socialism interchangeably.  They are not the same.

Let's see.  The parties in the election were, as you stated, the Communitst Party, Social Democrates and Christian Socialists.  Doesn't sound like much of a choice and the results were as to be expected.  I think if you look around, you will find that those margins are to be expected in an "election" in which the Communist Party is a participant.

"Propaganda" ?  I don't recall using that word.  You're revealing yourself Comrade !

I agree on the subject of weapons being a waste of time, however the actual creativity that I love is usually not at that level.  Normally, the creativity is in the theory not the application.  Splitting the atom and nuclear power was genius.  The military application is another matter.  Let me pose this to you.  Being that most people cannot see into the future, aside from Nostradamus ( nice little Priest reference ! ), how do you see the dropping of the atomic bombs in Japan ?  Did they help to end a war that was unprovoked by a surprise attack ?  Was it the mis-use of a creative vision ?  Something other ?
