You lucky devil. I love crab. About once or twice a year I get a pound of fresh crab meat and make my mom's crabcakes, she was raised in eastern shore VA so she knows how to make all things crab perfect. I still think as far as taste goes, you cant beat the blue crab for it's sweetness. Yummm. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by guidogodoy from Sunday, February 15, 2009 12:29:52 AM)

Not what I am eating but what I ATE! King crab with a side of jumbo shrimp and mashed potatos. MAN, what a feast!
Something we don't get in this little two-goat town. Instead of Walmart, I want to the only other store (practically!) that is a small mom and pop meat store. Shack of a place, probably kill the cows out back but I figured, give 'er a shot...grab a steak from there where it couldn't be worse than the super-produced steaks at Walmart. What a shocker! Not only king crab (snow crab is hard enough to get here) but a great price. Glad I went on a nice little five mile run today as I am a stuffed, happy guids right now.
