astarup - to answer your question, the official times given for the Birmingham gig were:

Doors open:          5pm
TESTAMENT:      6.20pm (this was 6.30pm)
interval:       7.00pm
MEGADETH:       7.30pm
interval:       8.30pm
JUDAS PRIEST:           9.00pm
Finish:                 11.00pm  (they finished about 10.40pm)
