Perhaps in other countries.... But seriously its hard to get guns, even illegal one's.... Hell! even BB guns are illegal here. They have to be registered. I've handled many weapons in the last few years with my being in the Army part time, and in civilian situations I have only ever handled them in a very controlled environment. There has never been a school shooting here in New Zealand either. When my father in law got his pistol licence, in took MONTHS of red tape, the police interviewed him, his girlfriend, co-workers, just about everyone they could get their hands on, to see if he was fit to have a pistol licence. It was a lengthy and costly procedure, but the right way to go about things IMO.
I really don't understand those people that are capable of things like this.
