Well, from what I understand he would need to go to a completely different computer because Murray banned his IP. Now, if that means he cannot access from the one he has now, he could conceivably get on another BUT that would require guile and I do not believe he possesses much of that. Additionally, he is not smart enough to hold a job in an office so I doubt he can go to work to do it. From what I gather, Justin's friend can track him down and have him "removed".
