I don't think so, strat. Murray uses that as a last resort because it is quite serious. As for a "sentence", I am not very familiar with the law but I know it is a federal crime (felony) and I believe that would require prison time. I cannot think of anything more satisfying than a picture of him being taken from his home in cuffs while his wife stands there waving good bye......
