I love to walk, but really only outside, otherwise I die of boredom on a treadmill and I only like to walk in decent weather. But it's enough, for the most part.

Hell, I work in the tallest building in the whole city. Four stories. Fully healthy people take the elevator up to the second floor...sigh.

Me? Treadmill save for the marathons races. "Weather" freaks me out! Only thing worse than wind for me are HILLS! Too bad Nashville (Music Marathon) is known for them. Ah well. What else have I got to do, eh?
