Haha, that would be very nice, but it wouldn't happen. Although we get military discount at one of the holidays shops in town. I have been to the States twice as a child (last time I was about 8 or 9) - I've been to California and Nevada. But I want to experience it now with my husband, especially cos I will be able to actually remember the trip this time haha!
Darth - LOL don't you worry, there won't be any crazy New Zealanders driving on the wrong side of the road when/if we do come over. We avoid driving in foreign countries LOL. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Deep Freeze from Wednesday, April 08, 2009 7:32:47 PM)

The Princess and I are extremely lucky to be able to travel. It is something we both truly enjoy but it is very hard on us with our health. I do hope you and your husband can come visit this great country! You should get a FREE trip for his honorable service!!

Haha good idea to take the laptop fair enough if you're an early riser too. I wish I could go on holiday too, I have some travel brochures here to go over with my husband when he gets home, we want to go to the States at some point

Thank you, my dear! This is actually the first time we have taken the laptop and I am enjoying it. It was the Princess' idea. I get up a little earlier than she and so I will need something to do!! HA!!!!!!!!

Hiya, Deep Freeze!! Welcome to the Golden State!!!
In just a few minutes I'm going to climb to the rooftop of the tallest building on campus (Sproul Hall) and wave my arms at ya, so look to the east...and if you'll see a tiny figure waving her arms wildly at ya, that's me!!
