Anymore it's crime to let your child ride a bike without a helmet! This world is just insane! I hurt myself on my bike one time and I wasn't even on it! It was laying on the ground, I twisted my ankle and landed on the back tire bolt! Put a big ol' hole in me! HA!!! No one had a cow over it and attempted to sue anyone because it never had a "protective cap" over the bolt!
