of course...I agree...that's what universities here pretend, to prepare people for their possible jobs (at least here)...but companies argue that they don't spend the same because during training workers are not being paid...and as I mentioned they are cheaper that a well prepared student...and they're saving more money during a month of training with a nonprepared worker than during a week with a well prepared worker...you see...they are not stupid....
