Good idea Guido. I'm going for a run tomorrow but may keep it short if my knee acts up. My leg joints have always been problematic. I remember during hockey games, my ankles would collapse FUCK that would hurt!

Becks - just thinking of either a short speed run or even a two mile walk tomorrow. Just something to keep moving. Kinda feel bad just sitting around. Tried a knee brace but worry about it rubbing the skin off on race day.
Don't plan on breaking my personal best anyway. Pretty hilly course as I understand. Never done Nashville before. |
