Yes, he looks like he just woke up from a nap or he's comming off a Catnip high! Cat's are so crazy on that stuff! I know we love to watch it, but I wonder if we are just enjoying watching a stoned animal? Wonder how they feel? Strangely enough it does not work on all cats?! Wild stuff.
