I know one just like that too, and she is pissing me off. I seem to be the only one who doesn't believe she's "sick" , poor little thing , yeah right tssssssssssss BIAT....... sorry!

She played it so well that most people look at her bellybuttom like it's the middle of the earth. Can't do a thing about it becouse I'm the icequeen , no compassion , no sympathy 
How many chances does one deserve in life , she already got 3 big ones from me, she even got an other chance after getting our (then) 16 year old doughter in big troubble and then bailout on her , leaving her all on her onw with the mess. Nice frien isn't she ??? tssssssssss
