Lol... Yup. The watersides are a pride and joy of the city. Unfortunately, the water is exactly the opposite. There is a joke, that in Ljubljana, if you want to commit a suicide, you dont need to bother with tying a rock to your neck and jumping into the river... You only need to drink a glass of it.
