I totally agree, people like that should not keep their jobs when they abuse their power that way.
My friend got away from that situation thank goodness, she has moved away from that city altogether in the end.

ARGH my old flatmate recently had someone like that, liked toying people, harassing/stalking her! Poor thing was an absolute a wreck, it's a long story, the stalker was her (now ex) boyfriends ex. She was scared of going to sleep at night cos of this person. I have absolutely no tolerance for people like that, they're pretty much sociopaths in my book.
