why the hell won't they give us any information as to when tickets for the 8/22 show in MD will go on sale? neither ticketbastard nor livenation nor the venue is even listing the show at all. only mention of it is here on the JP site.
i'm so sick of all the bullshit runaround when buying concert tickets. on sale dates are always announced at the last minute, making it extremely difficult to assemble your crew and get confirmation from everyone. prices and purchase limits aren't available until the tickets are on sale and you're "on the clock".
i'd like to see a CONCERT FANS' BILL OF RIGHTS:
on sale dates will be announced well in advance, at least 2 weeks. this announcement must include ticket prices AND purchase limits. fans should be able to view seating/pricing charts in advance. it's next to impossible to get confirmation from friends when you can't tell them ticket prices, seating charts or how many tickets can be bought together.
ticket brokering must end now! first come, first served must be the rule!
