Looking for "the one" can always take alot of time! My sister has had about 5, "the ones", she buys them, spends years improving them with her excellent tastes and then sells them without a problem and moves on to her next "Project". The woman is not happy unless she's doing some sort of decorating. She missed her calling, should have been a decorator and not a teacher.
