OMFG!!! Gee, I don't know, maybe you didn't give him another car because he might KILL someone the next time??? I often wish there was a shot that you could give people to give them COMMON SENSE!! I swear I'd go around giving people these shots all day long!
Sorry to hear about the accident Joe. I'm glad you weren't hurt and no one else was in the car. I hope there wasn't too much damage. But it's still incredibly inconvenient to have to take your car in to get fixed. She probably didn't even have that much damage, did she? Seems like the stupid people always get off easy.

I got a phone call once from the police in Banff, we had a renter stoped at a level crossing, waiting for a train. another car, also ours stops behind. third car, also ours stops. then suddenly for some reason this guy hammers on the gas, pushes car 2 into car 1. WTF.. luckily no one was hurt, and the car didnt get pushed into the train. then the guy was pissed that I wouldnt get him another car.
