Fair enough I'm a day person but I know what you mean about the early wake ups, blegh! It seems like moments since you went to sleep, then it's time to get up and you're still tired, LOL! [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by pip from Sunday, June 21, 2009 2:10:16 AM)

It has to be night shift--I did 6 months of 3-11 shift & hated it--missed too much of my beloved sports then I did 4 years of day shift--which was 4 years too long for me --alarm would go off at 5:30 am & uugghh I was a bear--but it's not for everyone--I guess I'm just a night owl

Wow 20 years of the night shift! I wouldn't be able to handle that myself, that's great you've been able to though!

Yeah I sleep through the day --I get the most restful sleep in the evening though --I guess because it's a little quieter & darker outside but it doesn't bother me --I've been on night shift for over 20 years now--the only thing about it isI'm awake all night then on my nights off---
