WASP is cool! I think in some cases, the classic refers to the type of heavy metal - cos as we know, heavy metal has so many sub categories now! It's just that what one may think of a band may differ so much from another's opinion--to say that this is the Classic Heavy Metal Thread---what one fan may think is classic may not what be everyone else is thinking
I think WASP is a classic heavy metal band but others might not think that--are they even classic ?? I feel they are--they're not as big as Motorhead or Judas Priest or Black Sabbath but in my opinion they are a classic heavy metal band
So my classic heavy metal band of the day is WASP ( I wish I could post pics !)
If somone wants to disagree with me then let's do it in a friendly banter & not all the name calling & such
