Over here it's called 'Killing Machine' - in the USA there was a bonus track but with remasters that was finally included. YES it's a great album...first i heard tho was 'Sad Wings..' - mate's brother played it to me....instantly hooked. Wife i am so jealous of...she saw JP with Budgie as support in '76 (if i rem right)...i'd donate a testicle to have been there... As it is my birthday today, I'm gonna celebrate it by listening to the first Priest album I had ever heard...it's what turned me on to Priest...
Hell Bent for Leather
I know a number of fans look at this album as the beginning of the bands change to a new direction, but having not heard their previous releases prior to, this album grabbed me by the "boys" and never let me go!!!!!! Although I have other Priest albums that I enjoy more than this one, it holds a very special place in my heart as it is my "first"...and we ALL have one of those (at least, he he he!!!)...So, if you happen to have this one, give it a spin today for old times sake with me on my day today...after all, it is the Mighty Priest
