I did that too but you know you can always put tape over them and erase them! I had to be sure I knew the tape wasn't going to get erased. Now, I have it on DVD. "Mr. Downing is primed and Ready on a Sunday Night!" YES!!! Letting my sinful side show! Now THAT is a true hardcore fan!! I was so worried someone might accidentally erase mine that I pulled out the tabs at the back of the tape so you wouldn't be able to tape over it! YOU ROCK!!

Yeh, I gave that SFV tour tape a killer regimen! I was so pissed when I came home and my Aussie Pup, Maxwell had destroyed my living room, but I was still Cool till I found MY SFV tape in the heep to things he tore up! Cardiac Arrest! I did however open up the VHS housing, splice it and put it into a new VHS cassette, worked just fine! I wrote on it. JP SFV tour! DO NOT ERASE!
I am so ready for a new metal masterpiece from Priest! I can't wait to hear it!

Oh, I want that too! By the look of them on this tour, I'm sure that is what we will get with their next album too - in your face screeeeeeaming heavy metal! Maybe for the second leg of the tour like they did with British Steel? For me, this is a VERY special album, the one that started it all for me. I played this album every day (sometimes multiple times) until Defenders was released !I watched the tape I made of the SFV concert on MTV so many times that I broke the tape, but luckily the aired it so many times that I was able to re-tape it just in time. I definitely want them to go into the studio and record a new album next year and show everyone who the true METAL GODS are!

I must say as much as I loved the walk down memory lane, I would rather have a skull crasher out of JP for the next tour! Give me something new to make me bang my head like a teenage to! It's a must!

WE DO!!! Nothing like bringing the family together to "play" some Priest! My 7 and 10 year olds are totally into it. It puts a smile on my face every time !
I would LOVE a 30th anniversary tour of SFV! I'll never forget the day my brother brought home the album and put it on the turntable. HOLY CRAP! The Hellion came out of those speakers and I just froze in place. I'd never heard a guitar played like that before. There was so much passion, melody, harmony and in your face METAL!! Then Rob's voice came out of those speakers in Electric Eye and I was completely blown away. After that song, I was a fan FOREVER!! I was only 12 years old when SFV was released and Priest has been my favorite band ever since. I remember watching the concert on MTV that year (or was it '83?) - too young to be there but God I wish I could have been!!
