Hellrider is so right Vail! I think it has something to do with your lungs working harder when you're cycling so you get good oxygen flow to all your muscles. Also doing something with your body releases endorphins and that really helps with fatigue. Just remember to be alert, ride safe, always wear your helmet and NEVER listen to your mp3 player when you're cycling alone!
Also remember to stretch well when you get home to break down the lactic acid in your legs.
