I liked Carlin's idea for solving the idiot driver situation. EVERYONE is issued a suction cup dart gun and when you encounter someone who drives like an asshole, you shoot a dart at their car. 5 darts and the law is allowed to pull you over and issue you a ticket for being an asshole! A tanker driver didn't give way to Grandad at a roundabout and hit him! He's ok, shaken and bruised, but their car is a write off. Thank God he's ok!
