Good evening, guitarists of the Noticeboard. I seek your advice on something. It may be a bit trivial, but bear with me.
My guitar is a Squier, and I love it to death and play it as much as I can. I've been meaning to put on a guitar strap, since my older nephew (the previous owner of said guitar) took it off. I went to the music shop nearby a few days ago and bought the screws and bolts and everything. The problem is that the holes where the screws are supposed to go are too big. It kinda looks as though he pulled them off, or that something's missing. What should I do? Should I partially cover those holes with glue or something and then put in the screws, or what? Any advice is appreciated.
