Yes Joe, I agree. People need to be made aware of the cruel things going on in the world so that we can put a stop to it once and for all! We watch "Whale Wars" a TV show about the volunteers trying to stop the Japanese whalers. It's just so sad when you see the whale on their hook. They are "doing research" my ass! If you were doing research, wouldn't you be weighing the animal, taking measurements, etc.? Bunch of LIARS because they know what they are doing is WRONG, but they are trying to justify it. Really pisses me off. But at least they aren't getting nearly as many as they used to be. At least that is a start. I know the Japanese whalers are under so much threat now that they are not getting anywhere near the 'quota' that they are legally allowed to kill. It's just terrible and cruel. I have no idea how someone can gain pleasure from wearing fur, let alone fur that was ruthelessly ripped off a tortured baby.

I can still see the blood on the ice and the mommy seals barking and crying in my head. This kind of thing makes me sick to my stomach. I just don't know how anyone could do something like that!
