Oops. MY misspelling. I meant "not a standard A6" nor the Hamer GT. Wasn't trying to argue "standard issue" A7 by any means. Only that it is NOT the Phantom GT Glenn (notice he spelled it wrong in the eBay ad?) plays in Freewheel.
As you know, I am looking right AT the one he does play! [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Phantom A6 from Thursday, October 15, 2009 11:19:37 PM)

There are three versions of the A7.

That is STILL not a standard issue A7 Hamer. "White lie" aside. He is full of BS. Even on the Turbo album.

Yup. I saw the little white lie he made in the description. HOWEVER!! There's no denying that Glenn did play a Hamer Phantom A7 model at one point in his career. With Roland Synths and everything, although more or less customized differently compared to the one the seller has. Had the guy said that Glenn played this model during the Turbo tour, then he would be more precise, although it still wouldn't get him too many bidders since the Turbo album isn't the most popular of Judas Priest's albums. Plus, the Phantom he's selling is in used condition, which may also be the reason why he's selling it at a low price...and you know how rare those Hamer Phantoms are in the market today.

I saw it. Guy doesn't know what he is talking about. It is NOT the guitar Glenn plays in the vid or in real life as any picture would show. That is an A7. Glenn played his trademark Hamer PhantomGT. Look at the number of pickups. Three on that one for sale...two on Glenn's. Same goes for the knobs. Three on the A7, one on the GT. Even IN the video.
THAT is why his price is going so low....most know better. Freewheel Burnin' screen capture:
