I know, HB, I know. I still want to believe that we can all get along and care about one another. That we can have fun and laugh and do all the things we used to do. Just as Michael has mentioned several times, I long for those days. I just don't understand where all this hostility comes from and why we unleash it on our friends? Is it that some have a life that is so incredibly miserable that the only way they can feel better is to degrade others? I am no Dr. Phil but I cannot see any other excuse.
Friendship still means something to me. It always will. I cherish the friendships I have here and I work to keep them solid. As I have said before, if someone wants to leave, go ahead. The majority of those that have done so are not all that missed anyway. If they are in a "better" place, that's great. As long as they are happy. MG my dear, you know how I feel about you. I have never said anything differently. If there are those you feel would betray you , best not to have any interaction with them. I have no idea who is who when a new account springs up. I am not all that great on these diabolical machines. If you say it was not you, that is fine by me. I cannot see what difference it makes anyway. As for quoting Soy...well, you are who you roll with in this world, my dear. I need not say more. Some people are better off elsewhere. They would be much happier. If you are one of them, well.. all my best to you.
Look, if you choose to leave (again) I cannot stop you. It is your decision. I will miss you. And no matter what you say, I will still consider you a friend. If you hate me or feel I have wronged you, I am so sorry. How you feel about me is up to you. I just wish that we regulars could leave the nonsense to the VERY few trolls and newbies. It is so terribly self-deprecating.
