Actually, I stuff them with sausage and Parm.cheese! I also top them with a small piece of mozzarella! YUM!!!!!!!! They are really good. Always a crowd pleaser! Difficult to make as I have to saute them in batches then line them up in a pan and bake them to melt the cheese topping!
Anyway, THREE days until Christmas and I just returned from buying the Princess her gift. I dare not say what I got her as she is such a SNOOP she will likely even look here!!! HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
