Woo boy! What a fecking night!

Last night, ok early hours of the morning (1: 50am) my daughter woke up hot as hell and choking. She panicked and ran around the bedroom like she'd been set on fire or something. In a daze, worked out she couldn't breathe because she'd had a croupe cough attack. She was screaming in a panic and it took a while to calm her, get a room steamed up to open her throat and then slow her heartbeat down. When we got the lights on her face was blue/yellow so she obvioulsy was not getting enough air in and the hysterical crying was not helping her at all. Neither did the flaming fever help the situation. So we got her some meds and had a restless time until the alarm went off. By the time she woke up for school she didn't even remember what happened. Probably a good thing but scary as hell for us!
