I know it spa,its cruelty to an animal what they are doing.I'm not mad at the dog but I'm tired of hearing it every morning waking me up and it is loud for a small dog man,I feel sorry for the animal and yeah I wish I could lock up the owners as you've said! Mother fuckin lazy bastards anyways!!!!!!! I am going to call every day and complain once I mail my letter to the animal control,they said we have to have at least 3 signatures and I've got 5 now so I'll be calling them every day untill they do something about it. Its fucking "cruel" to this poor animal and I'm sick of it!! I can't do it obviously but I'd like to take my Marshall amp and put it next to thier bedroom window when they are trying to sleep and just crank that bitch up as loud as it will go and watch them try and get any sleep!!!!!!
