It is neither. Your computer is choking on the C++ runtime / Javascript in things like the little Painkiller - live icon to your right. Your AV is just being over-protective and won't let it run. Heuristics is the word you are looking to quote, btw. It is just a fancy way of an antivirus saying "I THINK this might be a virus." It is giving you a false positive. I was reading yesterday's posts. WOW!!! I thought I stirred up some shit(unintentionally).
In a different direction, I was wondering if someone could give me a little insight. Quite often
now when I visit this site Kaspersky's (anti-virus) will pop up telling me it blocked something
from attacking. It's called Heur (something). I usually can't read the entire message quickly
enough. Also, it seems like 1 out of every 4 or 5 visits result in Runtime error message after
being here followed by page shutting down. I'm pretty new to the computer but I'm guessing I
or this site has a virus.
_Anyone?
