Be sure to mention to potential buyers that you are moving because it's a crappy house and it's noisy when it's windy. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Head banger from Tuesday, May 04, 2010 8:13:30 PM)

I am half way there, I bought a new house, which is much older than this crapy 4 year old house, and therefore much quieter in the wind (they were better built then I guess). fixing it up, just need to sell this one.

Too bad moving is not really an easy option. That sucks! Winds at 70 mph sustained anytime is going to blow the heat out of the best insulated homes.

yeah, but I came home at easter. this is may. while I grant the point that I live in a place with unpredictable weather, I did not sign up for winds of 70 MILES per hour and snow. not now, not ever.

OHHHHHHH! You see that is where you screwed up my friend! NEVER go someplace warm and sunny and then return to a cold place, its enough to make you go crazy!
I visited Florida in January once for nine days. Sunny, 70's perfect weather. I was absolutely depresed to come home to 20 degrees and snow. Bleah!

that might be preferable to this. ah well, spring is only 11 months away. it was nice.... when I was in Florida!!!!
