HB, you mean to tell me Cananda doesn't even have wild rats? I mean of all rats that would be the one to not be missed, but I was just wondering? Is it too cold for them to survive the winters there?
Joe, getting your older rat a little rat friend may keep them "younger" for a little while, and give the dear something to fuss over? I know older dogs get a youthful kick out of having younger dog around. I had a friend in college who had pet rats. VERY caring creatures for those who don't know.
My sincere condolences. RIP little Oprah ratt. | | joedraper wrote: | | Woke up to a sad news this morning... one of our rats died during the night. I get so attatched to them and they don't have the longest life span to start with. She was around 2 years old and seemed in good health so it's a mystery to me. Her friend looks fine but I feel so sad for her bieng alone..
