Cool !! Rise Against and Halestorm ,i know their music.Like them also. The other 2 bands,i dont know them yet, but ill check them out. I may like their music. You're right for Van Halen with Roth,i think he was the better singer and showman than Sammy Hagar,i thought he didnt fit with the band. IMO
Led Zeppelin with the original band members would be awesome to see and Eric Clapton, no word to describe the talented blues guitarist, lol [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Budred from Friday, May 28, 2010 2:06:14 PM) | | Budred wrote: | | There are quite a few bands that I have not seen, mostly new metal. As far as who I want to see but haven't,
Van Halen w/Roth, Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton(more for his guitar work than music). I've pretty much seen everyone else that I want to.
I saw some bands this weekend that I never saw before who surprised the crap out of me.
1. Skillet. A christian band of all things but they put on an awesome live show.
2. Five Finger Death Punch. I thought they were weak, WRONG!!! They are the new Pantera (live).
3. Halestorm. Not the greatest album but a very good, high energy show.
4. Rise Against. Very heavy performance.
I have seen alot of bands but realize it took me 32 years to do it. Oh' and a little cash(LOL). | | Melissa Kaileigh wrote: | | You have an impressive lists of bands you have seen, you are one lucky person. Which band/bands did you not seen yet? | | Budred wrote: | | Like I said, I think I'm mistaken on that one. I'm not sure where I got that from. That was
the first time that I had seen or heard of them. They had a different sound and switched
band members after I saw them and I guess I just thought Coverdale was one of them. |
