From what I gather all the songs on Ozzys first two solo albums were written by Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley. Ozzy doesn't contribute much in the writing stakes other than an idea or melody here and there but gets credit, I guess, because he makes the songs so good with his voice, presence and showmanship.
