Well now strat, old boy!! Looks like today is THE day, no? The big "showdown"! I actually have the television on and I am watching (sort of) this Germany/Serbia match as I wait, with as much anticipation as I am able to muster, for our big face off! Mano y mano. Head to head. Gland in gland.....well, you get the idea.

As I still don't (and likely never will) understand this game, I will root with all my nationalistic fervor for a "victory", if that is possible, over the reviled Slovenian infidels!!! FIE I say!!! They shall be reduced to grass fodder!!  Pounded and left for dead as the mighty Americans flex their soccer superiority for "all" the world to witness!!!

There now. Have I sufficiently captured  the essence of this truly epic event??? HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
