Lol Bud: Most definitely a joke. Hayibo is a comedy site that particularly likes taking the piss at OTT celebs or lightening a situation. The one they wrote up about Madiba's birthday was also pretty funny. They also did one on the Gumi Bears being disrupted when we started building a super fast train route here. If it was real then I too would have been super-pissed. Nelson Mandela is a hero to me (as is with pretty much all the South African's I know.)
