Damn - good thing I described the pic, I see it has already turned into the hated symbol of a red X. For some reason, pics dont like me lately.
Anyway... Friends... IDK. Yeah, here on the site, sure. I will say that much tho: I was a kid when NATO bombed Serbia, but I still remember it VERY well. NATO planes would take off in North Italy, and fly over us on their way to Serbia. We couldnt see them of course, but we knew they were there, allright, and we knew what they are about to do. And I still hold the opinion that whoever made the calls in that operation should be rounded up and tested for bullet impregnability. The shooting down of the F 117 was definately a highlight of that war, and Im glad the Serbs could pull it off.
But, I dont think that this is the thread for this - it is supposed to be fun. So, if we are going anywhere further, I suggest the Social issues thread. Its been pretty abandoned for a while, anyway.
Now, where are Guidos pink slippers? I need something to throw at him! I had to dig a bit to find this one, but Strat you are right about the 117 in the pic. though it list`s no date, I`m willing to bet it was an early production version. As for the Pakistani F-16`s being owned, look no further than the description of who was piloting those aircraft. It is a known fact that we only supply the basic aircraft, everyone who puchases a plane from the US must install their own guidance and weaponry software.
But it`s a good thing we`re all friends now, so air superiority isn`t as big of an issue as it once was. But there is always the issue of who supplies what to whom that may strain those friendship`s.Iran had better train hard, nuff said on that. Well, they keep copying it because it is an outstanding desing... As for stealth, does this canopy surrounded by Serbian soldiers look familiar?
F 117 brought down by an inventive AA team armed with an "obsolete" 1960s Soviet AA missile (S-125). Just for information: Iran acquired a much more modern S-300 to counter the threat from very non stealth F-15s and F-16s from Israel.
As for Su versus the new stealth Fs... Well, we will just have to wait and see. Chances are we wont see them actualy fighting each other for real soon, but my bet would be on our eastern cousins.
Tho we do have an incident between Pakistani F-16s and Indian Mig 29s, in which the Migs owned the Fs.

Strat, relax my friend of course I do not want to spill your guts anywhere, you are a formidable foe in this land. But you are wrong on two counts, the F-117 was gone before your Soviet counter parts could even roll out of their bunks and the SU is short for .....Sucks!! Hell they can`t even create their own original designs, They keep copying a plane that is almost out dated. Just wait until the F-22 and the F-35 actually see combat. the rules of engagement will change. (Quoting Message by _strat_ from Saturday, August 14, 2010 12:59:30 PM)

If you search this thread, you will find a user named Kmac, who is sort of the "king" of this thread. Its "Kmac the second" because there already was another thread like that in the newbie section, but we made another one here because the noobs kept spamming the old one, hence Kmac the second. I dont know why the first one was created (wasnt around in those ancient times), but in this one we sort of... "fight". All for fun, of course. Im actualy not an evil renegade king, and guitardude doesnt really want to spill my guts (actualy, Im not sure about the last one, but I hope its true). In any case, it IS a fact that Vail has a cow that farts fire and that Guido wears pink slippers when he thinks noone is watching.
Kmac himself is a member of this site, who hasnt been around for a while, and just occasionaly drops in every few months nowadays.
