lol! Yeah but you've got to remember that Favre had never beaten Dallas "ever" in his entire career,I think he was like 0-5 against them as he didn't play them every year but yeah it was his first victory over the Cowboys so thats why he was doing a little extra cellebrating haha!! Tony Romo must improve this season,we'll see tomarrow night at Washington.Even if Romo struggles its still only the first game,I wouldn't start to panic till they are 0-2,then the 3rd game is a must win or the Cowboys are toast, same with the Vikings and every other team in the NFC except for the Saints, they can lose 4 straight games and bam no problem they will be in the Super Bowl.Isure hope not,yes it was cool to see them win last year but I'd rather see Dallas or Minnesota in the Bowl, don't really like Aaron Rogers and Green Bay that much, the Giants are on a downslide and there aren't many more NFC teams left that are that worthy of a run. I just didn't dig the way Favre acted afterward.
That little dance(forget what it's called) and the comments were a little immature on his part.
Lastly I work with a guy who idolizes Favre and a little time with this guy and you'll want to see
Favre get his neck snapped also. Understand, my initial post came from hatred towards Favre.
As for his ability and what he's done his talent can't be denied. I do stand by my comment that
he won't last the season. Age is taking over and I think he still hurts from last season. A little
fragile maybe. I have some pictures you may enjoy. I went to a Cowboys/Steelers game in 95'
and got some decent pics during warmups. I'll post them when I have some more time. I've been
a Cowboys fan since 76'. I was ten years old and everyone was rooting for the Steelers(Superbowl 10)
so I went with the Cowboys. They lost but I've been a fan ever since. My greatest memory was the
game I went to. Dallas is despised in Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh is despised by me so to watch
Dallas pound Pittsburgh in their own home was the greatest thing I've experienced watching sports. | | J.D. But lets face it,Minnesota were just a better team last year and Romo kept making poor throws out there. If your up against a better team you know that you can't make ANY mistakes at all,if you do you lose and thats what happened to Dallas last year.I'm not sure what to think about them right now,but I guess we'll see after 8 games half way through the season.
I didn't realize how much Sidney Rice means to Favre, man without that one guy Favre seems lost. The problem is that they still had Harvin out there and he and Favre were out of rhythm, thats odd. 0 -1 isn't time to panic but if they lose to Miami the week after sunday then its time to panic. Same with Dallas,if they lose to Washington Sunday no need to panic but they have got to win the next game.Nobnody wants to start at 0-2 because that 3rd game will either start to dig you out of a hole or seal your season.

I'm not being too harsh. I'll admit he's worthy of coming back one more time,
I just hate him. I like the Cowboys so I didn't like him in Green Bay either. No disrespect
to the man, I just hate him. After last years playoff game and some of the cooments he made
afterward makes me want to see Dallas do to him what the Saints did to him last year. |
