I could, but it's much easier if you watch a game with someone and they explain it play by play. Too many rules..... like that must "maintain control of the ball during the entire action of a catch in order for it to be counted as a touchdown" . I say he was putting the ball on the ground to try to push himself up and then dropped it = separate action and therefore a TOUCHDOWN!
