What did you think about the Angel Of Retribution album except for the last track "Lochness"? They don't have to copy from their past, nor to demostrate that can play death metal better than others. I simply wish an HEAVY METAL ALBUM, the best of ever. Waiting of course for another one. | | J.D. DIAMOND wrote: | | metallo wrote: For this reason I only expect to listen to another great Opera from the Master Of Metal.
You want another "Nostradamus" type of an album metallo? And hellrider wants "death metal" from our "Judas Priest"?? LOL! Now hellrider, you are definately smoking my weed!!!! lol! No no no no fuckin NOOOOO!!!! Judas Priest would look and sound utterly "ridiculous" if they were to dabble into "death metal"...it would be "fake" and "not them" to say the least hellrider, this is pushing it "too far".
Even on the Jugulator "song" I've said it before,it sounds cheesey when Ripper sings "Mutilate"...ect...it just sounds un-Priest-like. If you crave the heaviest Judas Priest album of all time, why not just wish for all 10 songs on the album to be in it's own style of course, but have all 10 tracks as fast and as heavy as the songs "Painkiller,All Guns Blazing and Metal Meltdown"?? All 10 songs, one right after another.
Lets skip the death metal influences, that would totally "suck" hellrider,I do understand what you are looking for,but come on...lets hope they put out heavy british metal like the Painkiller album,if they went into death metal,or even 1 touch of death metal on the album it would riun it.At age 60,the band doesn't need to experiment with "death metal" or any other kind of metal for that matter, lets just hope the new album will be heavy all the way through. | | metallo wrote: | | No Death Metal (please not), no Pankiller, nor British Steel or something else. Only the new Priest Album which, as usual, will give us a lot of emotions. I expect always the best. Sometime they failed (Point of entry, Turbo) also if something good can be found also in these albums, but at last every new album was something great. Fort his reason I only expect to listen another great Opera form the Master of Metal. |
