I'm sorry to not have joined you since the news, but I have been sick to my stomach since finding out and once I got my bearings I've been reflecting. One reason to not post was because I was a little upset with the way Rob handled an interview while in town a few days ago, acting like the Priest retiring was no big deal.
Anyway, I hold a lot of the same great memories as most of you. I feel priviledged to have enjoyed them during their heyday. They've been a part of my life since 1978-79 and I'm not sure where I'd be in life now without them. Their words have given me direction and reason for pause at different times in my life and I still hold them close to my heart.
As they embark on their final journey, I thank them with all my heart and soul for everything they've given me. I wish them nothing but the best and I will certainly say good-bye a couple of times during their tour.
I hope this site doesn't go down just because the band will be gone. If it does, it will be another sad day as well as I've met some wonderful friends here.
